We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.
Estimated total delivery time is approximately 15–30 days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and the products in the order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Poème Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information provided with your order. If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at poeme.wear.office@gmail.com and include your order number.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
